Sherlock RMM documentation

Sherlock RMM is the remote monitoring and management product in the Sherlock Suite family.

In development. RMM is not available for production use. Device enrollment, agent connectivity, monitoring, and management capabilities are still being developed. Production installation instructions will be published when those features are available.

Product direction

RMM is being built to help IT teams see their devices, understand operational issues, and manage everyday maintenance from a central workspace.

  • Device inventory and system health visibility
  • Alerts and reporting for operational issues
  • Administration and maintenance workflows

These are planned areas of work. Availability, supported operating systems, packaging, and release timelines have not been announced.

How RMM fits with Sherlock AI

RMM focuses on the devices your team manages. Sherlock AI focuses on AI usage, sensitive data exposure, and governance. The AI browser extension deployment guides do not install RMM.

Accounts and organizations

The suite shares an account foundation. Product access is assigned through each organization; signing in does not automatically grant access to every product. Read the account and organization guide.

Pricing and getting involved

RMM pricing has not been announced. AI pricing and promotions do not apply to RMM. Visit the RMM product page for the current overview, or contact us to discuss your requirements.
